We look for small to medium-sized companies with their own installation capacity, expertise in maintenance and repairs, and dedicated sales personnel.
We value opportunities that offer financial attractiveness, align with our people and cultural values, demonstrate strategic fit, and showcase significant synergy potential to drive mutual success.

We are looking for strong business with strong local knowledge that can leverage the strength of Cibes Lift Group to grow in their market. Our process for mergers and acquisitions consists of three steps: Origination, Execution and Integration.
This step is all about getting to know each other – we want to know who you are and you want to know who we are. In our first meeting, we want to understand you, your business model, and your culture better. This step typically also includes a site visit where we visit you to learn more about your daily operations.
Signs of commitment during step 1:
Timeframe: ~3 – 6 months
In this step, we conduct comprehensive analyses, typically involving due diligence by third-party advisors, identification of key risks along with their mitigations, and identification of areas for improvement.
