Our process is designed to ensure a smooth transition into the group – from first dialogue to becoming part of Cibes Lift Group’s operations and ways of working.

This step typically also includes a site visit where we visit you to learn more about your daily operations.

Origination

This step is all about getting to know each other – we want to know who you are and you want to know who we are. In our first meeting, we want to understand you, your business model, and your culture better. This step typically also includes a site visit where we visit you to learn more about your daily operations.


Signs of commitment during step 1:

  • A mutual confidentiality agreement (Non-Disclosure Agreement, NDA)
  • A non-binding offer (Letter of Intent, LOI)

Timeframe: ~3 – 6 months

Step 2

Execution

In this step, we conduct comprehensive analyses, typically involving due diligence by third-party advisors, identification of key risks along with their mitigations, and identification of areas for improvement.


Signs of commitment during step 2:

  • Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
  • Legal completion of the acquisition via payment of purchase price and transfer of shares or assets

Timeframe: ~3 – 6 months

Integration

Once signing and closing is completed, Cibes Lift Group initiates the integration process. Our main priority is ensuring a smooth transition to ensure that acquired companies are welcomed in to the Group as quickly as possible.
