The 2023 Sustainability report shows that we continue to develop and get closer to our sustainability targets, and highlights the results achieved in 2023 through collective efforts to minimize our impact on the planet.
The report underlines our steady progress toward meeting our sustainability goals. In 2023, we achieved notable improvements across our five Sustainability pillars: Safety, Business, Planet, People, and Ethics.
Key 2023 achievements include:
- 33% Increase in employees trained in the Code of Conduct compared to 2022.
- 12% Growth in the proportion of recycled waste from the previous year.
- ISO 9001 Certification achieved in Gävle, Sweden.
- Advancements in Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) compliance.
